I had it for dinner last night and for lunch today. With 2 forks, shred chicken and stir. Serve over pasta. Delicious! I have made a couple versions of this recipe but this one is definitely the best I've tried! Made this yesterday with fresh boneless, skinless chicken thighs and added an onion.
